Shipping and payment terms

The following conditions apply:

Shipping

The delivery of products and samples for interlaboratory comparisons is worldwide. The VAT will be charged on the shipping costs. In the store you have the possibility to display the costs including or excluding VAT. During the ordering process the value added tax will be shown. The delivery costs for proficiency test samples are staggered as follows:

Within Germany: 15,-€

Europe (excl. Germany): 39,-€

Asia: 129,-€

Rest International: 89,-€

For offered services like seminars, which can not be shipped, no shipping costs will be charged.

For products the following delivery costs will be charged:

For deliveries within Germany: 7,-€

For deliveries within Europe (except Switzerland): 16,50€.

For deliveries to Switzerland: 20,-€

Interlaboratory test specimens for non-destructive testing remain the property of Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid. The samples or packaging are marked accordingly. The Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid bears the costs for the return shipment.

Delivery times

The shipment of the interlaboratory comparisons takes place punctually at the start of the series. The deadlines can be seen in each case in the article view. Training courses will take place on the date indicated in each case. Participants of interlaboratory comparisons and training courses will be informed about deviations by mail or phone.

Payment options

After the irradiation of proficiency test samples, the execution of training courses or the shipment of products, an invoice will be issued by the Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid. The terms of payment are 14 days net without deductions. The invoice can be paid by bank transfer, alternatively payment by credit card is possible. For payment by credit card please contact us.
